Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the SVM Pro application, together with any related websites, interfaces, features, and services (collectively, the "Interface"). The Interface is a non-custodial software interface that allows you to interact with a decentralized protocol (the "Protocol") for the issuance and trading of blockchain-based tokens representing sports athletes and teams ("Player Tokens").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Interface, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, you must not use the Interface.

Important - the nature of blockchain. The Interface enables you to interact with public blockchain networks. Information recorded on a blockchain - including wallet addresses, transaction amounts, timestamps, and token balances - is public, permanent, and outside our control. We cannot alter, delete, or restrict access to information recorded on a blockchain. You should assume that any on-chain activity is publicly visible and permanent.

1. Who We Are

We are the provider of the SVM Pro Interface and act as the controller in respect of the personal information described in this Privacy Policy that we determine the means and purposes of processing. We do not control the Protocol, the blockchain networks, or the third-party services with which the Interface interacts.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at hello@sportvalue.co.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

The Interface is intended for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at hello@sportvalue.co and we will take steps to delete it.

3. Scope and Limits of This Policy

3.1 This Privacy Policy applies only to information handled by us through the Interface.

3.2 It does not apply to:

(a) On-chain data recorded on public blockchains, which is public and outside our control;

(b) Third-party services you use in connection with the Interface, including wallet providers, decentralized exchanges, blockchain networks, and data or oracle providers, each of which has its own terms and privacy practices; or

(c) the Protocol itself, which operates autonomously.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party. We encourage you to review their policies.

4. Information We Collect

We aim to collect only the information needed to provide and improve the Interface. Because the Interface is non-custodial, we do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials, and we do not take custody of your assets.

4.1 Information you provide to us

Account information - where you create an account, this may include an email address and login credentials or an identifier from a third-party authentication or wallet service.

Communications - information you provide when you contact us for support, respond to surveys, or participate in promotions.

Prize or reward information - where you claim an off-chain prize or reward, information necessary to fulfil it.

4.2 Information collected automatically

Wallet address - when you connect a wallet, we process your public wallet address to enable the Interface to display relevant information and facilitate your interaction with the Protocol.

Usage data - information about how you interact with the Interface, such as features used, pages or screens viewed, and actions taken.

Device and technical data - such as device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and general location inferred from your IP address.

Cookies and similar technologies - as described in Section 9.

4.3 On-chain information

When you transact through the Interface, transactions are recorded on public blockchains. This on-chain data (including your wallet address, transaction details, and token holdings) is publicly available. We may read and display on-chain data, but we do not control it and cannot change or remove it.

4.4 Information from third parties

Wallet and authentication providers - where you connect or sign in using a third-party service, we may receive limited information such as a wallet address or account identifier.

Analytics and infrastructure providers - we may receive technical and usage information from providers that help us operate and analyse the Interface.

We do not collect payment card details or bank account information, and we do not take custody of your cryptocurrency or Player Tokens.

5. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

Providing the Interface - enabling you to connect a wallet, view relevant data, and interact with the Protocol.

Accounts and support - managing your account, responding to enquiries, and providing customer support.

Prizes and rewards - determining eligibility for and fulfilling off-chain prizes or rewards.

Improving the Interface - understanding usage, diagnosing technical issues, and developing new features.

Security and integrity - detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity, and protecting the Interface and its users.

Legal and compliance - complying with applicable laws, including sanctions screening and jurisdictional access restrictions, and responding to lawful requests.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

Performance of a contract - to provide the Interface to you under our Terms of Service.

Legitimate interests - to operate, secure, and improve the Interface, prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our Terms, and understand usage, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.

Consent - where we rely on your consent, such as for certain communications or non-essential cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Legal obligation - where we must process information to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers - third parties that provide hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, and support on our behalf, and that process information only on our instructions.

Prize providers - where you claim an off-chain prize provided by a third party, the information necessary to fulfil it.

Legal and regulatory authorities - where required to comply with a legal obligation, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect our rights, users, or others.

Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Note: When you transact, information is also broadcast to public blockchain networks and validated by network participants. This is inherent to blockchain technology, is outside our control, and is not a disclosure "by us."

8. International Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one in which you are located. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law. In addition, blockchain networks are global and decentralized, and on-chain data is inherently accessible worldwide.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Interface may use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve it, remember your preferences, and understand usage.

Essential cookies are necessary for the Interface to function.

Analytics and preference cookies help us understand usage and improve the Interface, and are used only where permitted.

You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or device settings, or any cookie preferences tool we provide. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining your account, and thereafter as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

On-chain data cannot be deleted. Because blockchain records are permanent and outside our control, we cannot delete, amend, or restrict information recorded on a blockchain, even after you stop using the Interface.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, which may include the right to:

access the personal information we hold about you;

request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;

request deletion of your personal information in certain circumstances;

request restriction of or object to certain processing;

request portability of certain information; and

withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@sportvalue.co. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Please note: these rights apply only to information within our control. They do not extend to information recorded on public blockchains, which we are unable to change or delete.

12. How We Protect Information

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information within our control against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and credentials. We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase, and you should never share them with anyone.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Interface may link to or integrate with third-party websites, wallets, exchanges, and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before using them.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where the changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Interface after any changes take effect constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised Privacy Policy.
